VST is one of the few subcontractors in Denmark to offer rolling of steel plates from Ø 80 to Ø 4500 mm, and in thicknesses from 1 – 30 mm in thickness. VST has 4 plate rollers, of which 3 are controlled, which means faster throughput time and greater repeat accuracy.
VST can also offer edge cutting of plates, so they are prepared for welding. If the customer wants it, we can also weld the items. See also Welding in Stainless Steel and Aluminum Welding.
VST offers rolling of profiles, of steel bars, pipes and profiles, in virtually all types and sizes of the example IPE 200, and solid 100 x 100 mm.
In relation with rolling of massive profiles, we can bend the ends so that the material waste is minimized, and avoid twisting the material by rolling rings, where you usually roll with overlap.
In order to save time and money when rolling flat steel, we have developed a method, so that the flat steel is always delivered, sharpened and stapled at the customer’s request at no extra cost in an easy and cheap way.
VST offers plates bending with pressures of up to 200 tonnes and in length of 4000 mm with standard tools. In addition, we have radius tools with radius from 3 mm to 30 mm.
